A deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking. (Sorry, credit cards cannot be accepted) This will only be refunded if the week can be re-let. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival and will be refunded providing the week is re-let. John Patrick-Wright strongly recommends that you take out a Cancellation Policy with company recommended by your your holiday insurers.
